These educational components focus on identifying victims and if a victim is identified, what should be done.

MPI’s Anti-Human Trafficking Committee has created a resource page to combat human trafficking.
A group of MPI members has created a resource page designed to educate and raise awareness within the meeting and event industry about human trafficking.
COVID-19 has shifted the focus of traffickers to the youths who attend school virtually and connect with each other online, where techniques using social media are in place to recruit potential victims.
We spoke with Nevar Campbell, chapter president of MPI Tampa Bay Area, on everything from the social issues in her region that intersect with the events industry to this year's biggest trends.
